In order to schedule a consultation and/or send a message via Red Wolves Int. Web Site, Red Wolves Int. will request certain personally identifying information, which may include legal first and last name, e-mail address, and telephone number. Red Wolves Int. may request additional information necessary to establish an attorney-client relationship and to maintain a customer’s account.
(b) Service Quality Monitoring
Some Web site transactions may require a customer to telephone Red Wolves Int., or Red Wolves Int. to call the customer. Red Wolves Int. will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent, except to confirm an appointment, discovery call or consultation and/or to schedule or inform a customer of the status of an appointment, discovery call or consultation.

Red Wolves Int. does not sell services for purchase by children, and will not collect information from a child under the age of 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Red Wolves Int. will notify the child’s parent or guardian at the e-mail address provided by the prospective customer, alerting the parent or guardian to the child’s use of the Web site and providing instructions as to how the parent or guardian can delete the child’s registration from the Web site.
(d) Updates and/or Changes to Personal Information
Help keep your personal information accurate. If a customer’s personal information has changed, please e-mail the new information to Red Wolves Int. at the e-mail address shown in section 1(a). If a customer would like to review the personal information Red Wolves Int. has in its files regarding the customer, e-mail your request to Red Wolves Int. along with the date when you first contacted Red Wolves Int. and/or provided your personal information to Red Wolves Int.
(e) Chat Rooms, Forums and Bulletin Boards
If a customer posts messages to Red Wolves Int.’s social media accounts, the information disclosed and shared will be broadly available to other persons, both inside of and outside Red Wolves Int., who have access to that social media account. Individual social media accounts may have additional rules. Any participant’s expressed opinion is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of Red Wolves Int.

A Red Wolves Int. Web site may contain links to other web sites, including but not limited to Red Wolves Int. social media accounts. Red Wolves Int. is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other Web sites.

Personal information collected by Red Wolves Int. will be used to reply to inquiries; to schedule consultations, appointments and/or discovery telephone calls; for statistical analysis of customer behavior; for content improvement; to customize the content and layout of Red Wolves Int.’s Web site; for internal company reviews; and other similar internal uses.
(b) Marketing Uses
Unless the customer marks an “x” on the opt-out option box provided when personal information is requested, Red Wolves Int. reserves the right to provide the customer with information about Red Wolves Int.’s Web site, products and services, and related information in which the customer has indicated interest.
(c) SMS Messaging
Users who provide a mobile phone number to schedule a consultation and/or send a message via the Web Site can opt in to receive SMS messages from Red Wolves Int. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages (appointment scheduling, reminders, post-visit instructions, lab notifications, billing notifications). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Message “HELP” for help. Reply “STOP” to any message to opt out.
(d) Stored Information Uses
Red Wolves Int. stores and retains information entered on the Web site. This information is used to send follow-up communications via e-mail, telephone, or text message to schedule appointments, consultations and/or discovery calls.
(e) Online Advertising
Some companies that help Red Wolves Int. deliver interactive online advertising (such as banner ads) may collect and use information about customers to help Red Wolves Int. better understand the types of advertising or promotions most appealing to customers. Information is aggregated so it is not identifiable to an individual. If you prefer these companies not collect such information, please contact Red Wolves Int. directly at 202-796-2306.

4. Disclosure of the Information


(a)Red Wolves Int. never shares, sells or rents your personal information.
(b) Agents Red Wolves Int. employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on its behalf. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. Functions include cleaning customer lists, analyzing data, marketing assistance, processing payments and providing customer services.
(c) Marketing Analysis by Third Parties Red Wolves Int. reserves the right to disclose to third parties personal information for marketing analysis; however any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.
(d) Disclosure to Governmental Authorities Under certain circumstances personal information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders. Red Wolves Int. may release personal information where required by law or requested by a government agency conducting investigations or proceedings.

5. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies

(a) No Tracking of Personal Information
Red Wolves Int.’s Web Site(s) are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Access logs collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements which generate certain non-identifying site usage data (hits, visits). This data is used internally for technical support, research, and usage analysis. Gathered statistics contain no personal information and may be provided to third parties in non-identifiable form.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. These third parties may provide ways to opt out: NAI (US) choices, Your Online Choices (EU). Control your Google ad settings at Google Ads Settings (requires Google sign-in).

(b) Use of Cookies
Red Wolves Int., or its third party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information using technologies including “cookies”. A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier transferred to your device by a Web server and stored by your browser as an anonymous tag that identifies the device but not the individual. Cookies are used to provide easier site navigation. You can set your browser to notify you before a cookie is received or to reject cookies; some site features may not work.
(c) Use of Web Beacon Technologies
Red Wolves Int. may use web beacons or similar technologies that work in conjunction with cookies. If cookie use is turned off, web beacons may still detect visits but their notices cannot be associated with other cookie data and are disregarded.
(d) Collection of Non-Identifiable Information
Red Wolves Int. may collect non-identifiable information (clickstream data, traffic analysis, visit counts) to provide better customer service and for trend analysis.

Red Wolves Int. collects personally identifying information from customers visiting the Website. Such information may be combined in non-identifiable form with other data for aggregate analysis (not at an individual level).

(b) No Liability for Acts of Third Parties
Red Wolves Int. will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, Red Wolves Int. shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of Red Wolves Int., including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of Red Wolves Int. staff and/or third parties.

7. Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights

(a) Changes to Privacy Policy
This privacy notice was last updated on August 1, 2025. Red Wolves Int. reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time. A notice of any material change will be posted on the Red Wolves Int. Web site home page for thirty (30) days. Continued use of the Web site after this thirty (30) day period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
(b) Opt-Out Right
Customers and prospective customers have the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by Red Wolves Int. and/or any third parties with whom Red Wolves Int. has shared such information. After processing cancellation, Red Wolves Int. will delete personal information from its database.

Red Wolves Int. may not accommodate a request to change information if doing so would violate law or cause the information to be incorrect.
(c) Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding disclosures of personal information for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please write to the address provided above. Within thirty (30) days Red Wolves Int. will provide categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing during the preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of those third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.
